Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of GoPharma AI. By using the service you agree to them.
1. Not a medical service
GoPharma AI is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our symptom guidance (Green/Amber/Red) is informational only. In an emergency call 999. For urgent medical help call 111.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18+ to create an account. Under-18s may be supported by a parent/guardian account.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account. Provide accurate information.
4. Appointments and prescriptions
Bookings and prescription requests are facilitated through third-party providers (GPs, dentists, pharmacies). Their own terms apply. We do not guarantee availability, clinical outcomes, or dispensing decisions.
5. Payments
Paid features are billed via Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Subscriptions renew until cancelled.
6. Refunds
You may cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access it without authorisation, submit false information, or use it for unlawful purposes.
8. Intellectual property
All content, branding and software are owned by GoPharma AI or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable licence to use the service.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You may close your account at any time.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
