GoPharma is committed to making its platform accessible to as many people as possible, including users with disabilities and those using assistive technology.

Standards we are aiming for

We are aiming for alignment with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, and we are following NHS-facing accessibility best practice as part of our NHS-readiness work.

What we are doing

• Designing with sufficient colour contrast and clear typography.
• Ensuring keyboard navigation and visible focus states across the platform.
• Providing semantic structure for screen readers and assistive technology.
• Testing with real users, including users with access needs, as the product grows.

Known limitations

GoPharma is in active development. Some areas of the platform may not yet meet our accessibility targets. We welcome feedback and will prioritise fixes.
