- Privacy by design and privacy by default across product workflows.
- Secure processing with encryption in transit and at rest.
- Data minimisation — only collecting what we need to deliver a service.
- Role-based access and least-privilege controls for staff and partners.
- Future NHS data assurance expectations, including DSPT and DTAC alignment as we mature.
