GoPharma's MVP does not currently provide diagnosis, triage, emergency decision support, or automated clinical advice. Clinical features are being developed under clinical safety governance before release.
Scope of the MVP
GoPharma's MVP focuses on coordination journeys such as prescription delivery, pharmacy logistics, carer and care-home discovery, home testing pathways, and health insurance discovery. It does not provide medical advice or urgent care decisioning.
Clinical safety governance
We are preparing our work in line with relevant clinical safety standards (including DCB 0129 and DCB 0160 expectations) and have engaged a Clinical Safety Officer to oversee the development of clinical features.
What GoPharma is not
GoPharma is not a replacement for emergency services, GP advice, pharmacist advice, or urgent clinical care. It is not NHS approved, NHS certified, or DTAC certified.
